Financial Aid Form
Due to the generosity of a number of individuals and businesses, a limited amount of funds are available to help offset the costs to participate in Rapids Kickers soccer program for families who are experiencing financial hardship. For more information or if you have questions, please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar at staf@wctc.net and complete the financial aid request below to be considered for a discount.
The club has seen a significant increase in the amount of need by our players and families, therefore, we are now requiring financial eligibility and verification to receive financial aid and discounts. This wasn't an easy decision by any means, but to ensure the sustainability of the program, we need to verify financial need.
Additionally, we will also be asking families for a financial commitment of $25.00 per player to ensure player and family participation in all WR Kicker events.
Below are the two methods the WR Kickers will be using to verify financial need. All submissions for financial need will be kept confidential and access to these forms will be strictly limited to only those who need them.
Financial Eligibility & Verification
On the online submission form, you will choose one of the options below. Please select one of the following options and provide the required supporting documentation. Note: Please black out all Social Security Numbers on any submitted documents.
- Option A: Public Assistance. I have attached a copy of my 2025/2026 school year letter for Free or Reduced Lunch, or proof of SNAP/WIC/Medicaid benefits.
- Option B: Hardship Narrative. I do not meet the criteria above but have recently experienced a significant change in financial circumstances (medical bills, job loss, etc.). Please attach a brief written explanation.
Please note, discount awards are determined annually each year, thus the recipient awarded a discount in one-year needs to re-apply in subsequent years if desired.
Please fill out the form in the Registration area of Playmetrics after you have registered.
