Classic League Registration Information 2025-26
IMPORTANT: Please have a face/head image of the player ready to upload before beginning the registration process. Additionally, the Club is not able to accept e-check payments with our new platform provider. The only options are a credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit/debit card, please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar, at staf@wctc.net for alternate arrangements before proceeding with registration.
Our registration for ”Fall 25 Only” and “Fall 25 and Spring 26 “ will open approximately June 9th with our vendor PlayMetrics. It will close on July 15th. You will have a link on the registration page to click on and follow.
Fees for the upcoming seasons have increased from the previous year. This was due to increases in WYSA registration, PlayMetrics registration, Club Expenses and Tournament fees. The uniform cost is not included in the Registration fee.
Please Note: Fall Only or Spring Only registrations and team placement will depend upon the number of players signed up and /or availability on teams as those that register for a complete season (Fall and Spring) will be placed on a team first.
Also Note: For birth years 2011-2007, they will be High School Players and will play HS Soccer either in the Fall (Boys) or Spring (Girls). The Boys registration will be open in the Spring 26 Only season and the Girls registration will be open in the Fall 25 Only season. The Girls Fall 25 Only registration teams will be rostered for Fall 25 and Spring 26 season, so if the HS season allows them to do any tournaments in the Spring/Summer, they will be team funded tournaments.

2025 - Fall OnlyList Item 1
FALL only cost includes three tournaments, registration and rostering, administration fees and field maintenance costs.
Costs For Fall Only:
- Boys 2017 thru 2014 the cost will be $200.
- 2013 thru 2011 the cost will be $225.
- Girls 2017 thru 2014 the cost will be $200.
- 2013 thru 2007 the cost will be $225

2025-2026 - Fall and SpringList Item 2
2017 thru 2012 Birth Years:
Registration fee covers the Spring/Summer League, administration fees, player registration and rostering, field maintenance, referee fees, and coaching expenses. This includes 3 fall tournaments, 3 spring away tournaments, and the Cranberry Clash home tournament.
Costs for the Fall and Spring 2025/2026 season:
- 2013 and 2012 birthyears - $600.00
- 2015 and 2014 birthyears - $550.00
- 2017 and 2016 birthyears - $525.00
Teams may do additional tournaments which would be player funded.

2026 - Spring OnlyList Item 3
SPRING Only cost includes 3 Spring/Summer away tournaments, the Cranberry Clash home Tournament, Spring/Summer league play, player registration and rostering, administration fees, coaching expenses, field maintenance, and referee fees.
Costs for Boys 2017 thru 2007 and Girls 2017 thru 2011 SPRING ONLY:
- 2017 and 2016 - $375.00
- 2015 and 2014 - $400.00
- 2013 thru 2007 - 425.00

UNIFORMS:
After registration is complete and teams are formed, a link will be sent to players to order uniforms. The estimated cost per uniform is around $125 which is not included in the registration fees.
REGISTRATION FINANCIAL AIDE AVAILABLE:
Due to the generosity of a number of individuals and businesses, a limited amount of funds are available to help offset the costs to participate in Rapids Kickers soccer program for families who are experiencing financial hardship. To inquire please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar at staf@wctc.net and complete the financial aid request at PlayMetrics to be considered for discount.
Please note, discount awards are determined annually each year, thus the recipient awarded a discount in one-year needs to re-apply in subsequent years if desired.
