Classic League Registration Information 2026-27
Important Birth Year and Age Group Changes for the 2026-2027 Season - Please Read:
Beginning with registration for the 2026-2027 season, all age groups will be determined by a cutoff date. The team age group will run from August 1 to July 31st. Team placement will no longer be determined by birth year.
Please review the age chart below and the WR Kickers Age Group Policy for more detailed information on this new change and to determine your age group based on your birth date.
Age Groups
- U9 - Birthdate August 1, 2017 - July 31, 2018 (3rd Grade - age 8, turning 9)
- U10 - Birthdate August 1, 2016 - July 31, 2017 (4th Grade, - age 9, turning 10)
- U11 - Birthdate August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2016 (5th Grade, - age 10, turning 11)
- U12 - Birthdate August 1, 2014 - July 31, 2015 (6th Grade - age 11, turning 12)
- U13 - Birthdate August 1, 2013 - July 31, 2014 (7th Grade - age 12, turning 13)
- U14 - Birthdate August 1, 2012 - July 31, 2013 (8th Grade - age 13, turning 14)
- U15 - Birthdate August 1, 2011 - July 31, 2012 (9th Grade - age 14, turning 15)
- U16 - Birthdate August 1, 2010 - July 31, 2011 (10th Grade - age 15, turning 16)
- U17 - Birthdate August 1, 2009 - July 31, 2010 (11th Grade - age 16, turning 17)
- U18 - Birthdate August 1, 2008 - July 31, 2009 (12th Grade - age 17, turning 18)
IMPORTANT NOTE: U14 players, depending on your birthdate, may be entering 9th grade and will potentially play High School soccer. Those players should register for Fall Only or Spring Only. Example: Your birthday is between August 1-31, 2012, you may be entering 9th grade. U15-U18 players that will play High School soccer either in the Fall (Boys) or Spring (Girls) should register for only Fall Only or Spring Only. The Boys registration will be open in the "Spring 27 Only" season and the Girls registration will be open in the "Fall 26 Only" season. The Girls Fall 26 Only registration teams will be rostered for Fall 26 and Spring 27 season, so if the high school season allows them to do any tournaments in the Spring/Summer, they will be team-funded tournaments.
Additional Information:
- Priority on team selection will be for "Fall 26 and Spring 27" (full year) registrations. Fall 2026 Only and Spring 2027 Only will be given second priority. If you believe you will be playing the full year, it is recommended that you register for the "Fall 2026 and Spring 2027" season to guarantee team placement in both the Fall and Spring. Fall-only or Spring-only players may not be guaranteed a spot on a roster based on full-year registration numbers. Additionally, Fall Only players who decide to play in Spring 2027 are not guaranteed a spot on the same roster as their Fall Only registration.
- Players requesting to play up may always do so. Placement will be determined in accordance with our bylaws and may not always be honored. All current rostered players will be evaluated by current coaches and the Director of Coaching and/or the Director of Player Development during the 2026 spring/summer season.
- Please have a face/head image of the player ready to upload before beginning the registration process. Additionally, the Club is not able to accept e-check payments. The only payment options are a credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit/debit card, please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar, at staf@wctc.net for alternate arrangements before proceeding with registration.
- Our registration for ”Fall 26 Only” and “Fall 26 and Spring 27 “ will open on approximately June 1st, 2026 with our vendor PlayMetrics. It will close on or around July 1, 2026. You can register from within your Playmetrics App or by clicking at the top right of this page where it says "Register".
- Fees for the upcoming seasons have not increased from the 2025-2026 season. The uniform cost is not included in the Registration fee.

2026 - Fall OnlyList Item 1
FALL only costs include three tournaments, registration and rostering, administration fees and field maintenance costs.
Costs For Fall Only:
- U9-U12 - $200.00.
- U13-U18 - $225.00.

2026-2027 - Fall and SpringList Item 2
Registration fee covers the Spring/Summer League, administration fees, player registration and rostering, field maintenance, referee fees, and coaching expenses. This includes 3 fall tournaments, 2 spring away tournaments, and the Cranberry Clash home tournament.
Costs for the Fall and Spring 2026/2027 season:
- U9-U10 - $475.00
- U11-U12 - $500.00
- U13-U14 - $550.00
Teams may do additional tournaments which would be player funded.

2027- Spring OnlyList Item 3
SPRING Only cost includes 2 Spring/Summer away tournaments, the Cranberry Clash home Tournament, Spring/Summer league play, player registration and rostering, administration fees, coaching expenses, field maintenance, and referee fees.
Costs For Spring Only:
- U9-U10 - $325.00
- U11-U12 - $350.00
- U13-U18 - $375.00
Uniforms:
After registration is complete and teams are formed, a link will be sent to players to order uniforms. The estimated cost per uniform is around $125 which is not included in the registration fees.
Registration Financial Aide Available:
Due to the generosity of a number of individuals and businesses, a limited amount of funds are available to help offset the costs to participate in Rapids Kickers soccer program for families who are experiencing financial hardship. To inquire please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar at staf@wctc.net and complete the financial aid request on PlayMetrics to be considered for a discount.
Please note, discount awards are determined annually each year, thus the recipient awarded a discount in one-year needs to re-apply in subsequent years if desired.
