SPRING ONLY 2025 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: Please have a face/head image of the player ready to upload before you begin the registration process.  Additionally, we are not able to accept e-check payments with our new platform provider.  The only options are a credit or debit card.  If you do not have a credit/debit care, please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar, at staf@wctc.net for alternate arrangements before proceeding with registration.

Our registration is now open and will be completed using Playmetrics.  The link on the right hand side of the registration page (bottom on a mobile device) will take you to Playmetrics to complete your registration.  Be prepared to create a new account on Playmetrics if you do not currently have an account.  

Fees for the upcoming seasons have not increased from the previous year. Everyone will need to purchase an new  uniform for the Spring season if you did not already purchase one during the Fall 2024 season.

Season Options and Registration fees for the 2024-25 SEASON are as follows:

SPRING 2025 SEASON

For Boys 2016 thru 2006 and Girls 2014 thru 2011: SPRING ONLY cost for 2016 thru 2013 is $350.00 and 2011 thru 2006 is $375.00 which includes 3 Spring/Summer Tournaments, Spring/Summer League Play, Player Registration and Rostering, Administration Fees, Coaching Fees, Field Maintenance, and Referee Fees.

Please Note:  Girls 2010 and older will be playing HS Soccer in the Spring so will not be able to do Spring Competitive Soccer due to High School Soccer season.  If they were on a Fall Only Team and their HS season finishes in time for them to do a player funded tournament, they would still be registered and on a team roster and be able to participate in Spring/Summer tournament.  Please reach out to your Fall 2024 coach directly for options available for these girls.  

Teams may do additional tournaments beyond the club funded tournaments which would be player funded. 

Please Note: Spring Only registrations and team placement will depend upon the number of players signed up and /or availability on teams as those that registered for a complete season (Fall and Spring) will be placed on a team first.

UNIFORMS:

After registration is complete and teams are formed, a link will be sent to players to order uniforms. The estimated cost per uniform is around $100 which is not included in the registration fees.
