Spring 2024 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

SPRING 2024 Only SEASON -  OPEN NOW (November 1, 2023 to January 12, 2024)

 IMPORTANT: Please have a face/head image of the player ready to upload before  beginning the registration process.  Additionally, the Club is not able to accept e-check payments with our new platform provider.  The only options are a credit or debit card.  If you do not have a credit/debit card, please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar, at staf@wctc.net for alternate arrangements before proceeding with registration.  Registration must be done on a computer, not on a phone or tablet.

Fees for the upcoming seasons have gone up primarily due to increasing tournament registration fees, league fees, field maintenance and other operational costs.  The club has added a tournament to the Fall Season, and everyone registered can participate in the open 3 x 3 that is run from December thru March at no additional cost.

Season Options and Registration fees for the SPRING 2024 ONLY SEASON are as follows:

SPRING 2024 Only SEASON 

Registration for the “Spring 24 Only” season for the Rapids Kickers Classic teams will be open on November 1, 2023.  This is for all players that did not play in the Fall 23 season or that registered to play only in the Fall 23 season and paid the $150 registration fee. This is also for all Boys birth years 2015 and older and for Girls birth years 2015-2009.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Girls 2009 and older in high school will be playing HS Soccer in the Spring so will not be able to do Spring Competitive Soccer due to High School Soccer season.  If they were on a Fall Only Team and their HS season finishes in time for them to do a player funded tournament, they would still be registered and on a team roster and be able to participate in Spring/Summer tournaments.  Girls with 2009 birth year and in 8th grade for the school year 2023-24 will be able to play Spring Competitive Soccer.  

For Boys 2015 and older and Girls 2015 thru 2009 SPRING ONLY cost for 2015 thru 2012 is $350.00, and 2011 or older is $375.00 which includes 3 Spring/Summer away tournaments, the Cranberry Clash home Tournament Spring/Summer league play, player registration and rostering, administration fees, coaching expenses, field maintenance, and referee fees.

TEAM REQUESTS:

Please note the only requests we will take from parents are the following:

  • Girls requesting to play Coed.
  • Players requesting to play up one birth year if the numbers allow.

These requests are not guaranteed, but will be taken to the team forming meeting and presented to the team forming committee.  In addition, players requesting to play up may be evaluated before granting the request.

Additionally, the Club cannot guarantee teams will be the exact teams from the Fall of 2023.  The club also cannot guarantee you will have the same coach.

All team requests must be submitted to the Registrar (Karen Stashek at staf@wctc.net) prior to closing of registration.  These requests must be submitted for each season, they DO NOT carry over from the previous season. 

UNIFORMS:

After registration is complete and teams are formed, a link will be sent to players to order uniforms. The estimated cost per uniform is around $100 which is not included in the registration fees.

REGISTRATION FINANCIAL AIDE AVAILABLE:

Due to the generosity of a number of individuals and businesses, a limited amount of funds are available to help offset the costs to participate in Rapids Kickers soccer program for families who are experiencing financial hardship.  To inquired please contact Karen Stashek, Registrar at staf@wctc.net to be considered for discount.

Please note, discount awards are determined annually each year, thus the recipient awarded a discount in one-year needs to re-apply in subsequent years if desired.
