I would appreciate it if all the refs old and new would go to www.usyouthsoccer.org/referees/advicefornewreferees and read this article.  It will be very helpful to the new refs as well as re-establishing tips and advice for those of you who are not new.  You may even want to print off these pages and carry them in you ref bag.  See you on the fields.

If you are a 2012 Certified Ref witht the WYSA and would like to be assigned to work league games here in Wis. Rapids please fill out and mail a contract to me and also print and review the information letter, both items listed above.  I will make every effort to assign equal number of games to all ref's that I receive contracts from.
