help with the kickers website

NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE WEBSITE?

Not sure how to change your email, add an email to be Cc'd on messages, or change your profile?  Take a look at some of the helpful information below, if a solution for your problem is not on this page check out the NGIN support page or ask a question on the bottom of this page.

MANAGE YOUR PROFILE

Profile menu

Using the the options in the drop down menu (by clicking the down arrow next to your log in name) will allow you to change your primary email, add additional email address, add others to be Cd'd on communications, manage players your account is linked to, etc...

CLAIMING PLAYERS

By claiming a player you link your Rapids Kickers account to that player.  This allows you to view the private team page for that player and automatically assigns you to a group (team).  Coaches, managers, and Club personnel use the groups to send messages easier by sending the messages to the entire group rather than selecting individuals.  If you are a parent of a Rapids Kicker player ensure you have claimed your player.  For issues or questions contact Derek Crowley.

How do I Carbon Copy someone on email communications regarding my child/player?

You can copy another person on emails sent regarding your child (Example: ex-spouse, aunt/uncle, grandma, etc). People on your child's Cc: List will receive a copy of all messages sent to that specific sub profile (i.e. emails sent).  click here for instructions
